We have been producing small-batch, wood-fired maple syrup since 1999. Our equipment is modern, but we produce our syrup the old-fashioned way, with careful attention to detail.

Every season gives new hope and new challenges, so we can’t predict what will be available until the buds on the trees start to swell in the springtime.
